On Wednesday, Justice Minister Simon Power, released a Ministry of Justice research report on restorative justice –Reoffending Analysis for Restorative Justice, Cases: 2008 and 2009, and announced further funding for restorative justice initiatives (these are managed conferences between victims and offenders).
