This week Te Puni Kōkiri released their monitoring and evaluation framework for the new Maihi Karauna (Government Māori Language Strategy). They advise the ‘logic model’ for their evaluation will be either ‘kaupapa Māori’, or ‘negotiated space’, or ‘braided rivers’.
