This week our lead review centers on the reforms to the Resource Management Act (RMA), and the first leg of its three-pronged replacement, the proposed ‘Natural and Built Environments Act’.[1] To move this work forward the Government has released an exposure draft of this bill, and an associated discussion document.[2]
