On Sunday Justice Minister, Paul Goldsmith, (re)announced the intention of the Government to introduce legislation to curb gang activity. Key points being a ban on gang insignia (patches etc) in public spaces, dispersal notices for the police to issue (stopping gangs from meeting in public spaces), and a minor change
