On Wednesday the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Phil Twyford, announced that a Māori Housing Unit will be established as part of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Minister Twyford also announced that Minister Nanaia Mahuta will be appointed as the Associate Minister of Housing and Urban Development
