Māori groups tender for private prison contract

With the expression of interest for the Wiri privately built and run prison being called last week, Māori Affairs and Associate Corrections Minister Pita Sharples has already confirmed that at least one of the tenders recieved for the 1000 bed  prison has come from a Māori Company.
