Ngāti Ruapani mai Waikaremoana has signed an Agreement in Principle with the Crown. The agreement includes a financial redress of circa $24 million. The agreement also provides Ngāti Ruapani an option to purchase the Crown’s share in the Patunamu Forest Limited and commercial properties in the Ngāti Ruapani rōhe.
