Māori Employment Research Released In 2019 the last (Labour) Government released its employment strategy to get more people into work. The then responsible Minister, Willie Jackson, announced with that there would be a ‘Māori employment action plan’ to follow – which seemed sensible as strategies do happen to need actions.
